Spoke with the owner DAN about a dangerous step on the back stairs that were recently built. He removed the wood and never replaced it creating more of a danger Informed him of a light that is dangling by its wires in our hallway over 7 weeks ago, Zero lighting in our parking area informed about it since July. Dan and Angelina are incompetent Stay away from this company ..
