After owning our home for a while we decided to embark on a kitchen remodel, guest bathroom update and mudroom addition that involved a lot of structural work. We chose HCI to help us with a first floor remodel that included our kitchen and staircase to the second level. Every space on the first floor was renovated. Our project was estimated to take just over three months and we chose to live in the house during the project. HCI’s communication was incredible! Each day we had updates on what had been completed. HCI remodeled our kitchen, and fished our basement on our 100 year old home. Terry has been doing this for 30+ years. When we got bids, he was the most experienced with older homes and knew exactly what would need to be done to remove a wall to open the kitchen to our living spaces. They were fast, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. Our home looks great, and there aren't any changes we would have made. We're super happy, and have recommend Terry and Jake to our friends.
