Buddy and Schuyler are very skilled, do prompt service and don’t hard pressure or intimidate. They were able to keep an old heat pump limping along until things could be arranged to get a replacement. They are able to answer any questions, provide a good attitude during the consultation and estimate phase and then come out and do conscientious work efficiently with very good value. I have needed HCI twice now and was extremely satisfied both times. Buddy has such a positive helpful energy and is genuinely happy to take care of his customers. When I called after the long holiday weekend- I fully expected to be told weeks before they could come out to look at my ac problem. He came out as quickly as possible- fixed it on the spot and was done in less than an hour.
