This review is not about the quality of their service, but rather the quality of their staff (although I also dont have anything good to say about the service itself). Im not sure if their real estate coordinator Javier is on something, or maybe needs to be on something, but he is completely disrespectful, and often time THREATNING towards staff. I can’t begin to describe all the ways Alma Cuellar had helped me in this home buying process. She was always available, positive and ready to offer encouragement and most importantly prayers. Keeping me informed and going out of her way many times to answer my never ending questions and concerns always leaving me at ease and at peace afterwards. She has truly been a blessing.
