I had the absolute worst experience with Dinoshi Balasooriya. Honestly, I’ve never come across someone so arrogant, cold and completely lacking empathy in a healthcare setting. Saw the dentist Dr Dan Nguyen for a checkup. He was friendly and knowledgable, and I appreciate that he did a very thorough clean.
A genuine question I would pose about dental check up is my semiannual checkup finished in ~10min with scale and polish and check up. This is my second time visiting here. I understand there is no X-ray required as we have done so last time, but would or should there be a check on gum depth to detect early signs of tooth disease? Went in at 8:15am for my 8am appointment and finished before 8:30am. Avoid the place!! I m still having pain after my visit there as the woman who did the cleaning was not gentle at all!! And it’s been 2 weeks! The chair doesn t even have a proper sink and you wonder if the tools were clean properly! Take a hidden camera with you and you will be surprise by how bad is the place and the service!
The admin was outright rude and completely unhelpful. I asked simple questions, but they couldn’t be bothered to provide clear answers without attitude. Communication was dismissive, and the lack of effort was frustrating. Would not recommend dealing with this place needs a serious attitude adjustment. Could only imagine what the dentist are like.
