The admin was outright rude and completely unhelpful. I asked simple questions, but they couldn’t be bothered to provide clear answers without attitude. Communication was dismissive, and the lack of effort was frustrating. Would not recommend dealing with this place needs a serious attitude adjustment. Could only imagine what the dentist are like. Dentists and dental nurses are great- only negative is the rude girl I got served by at the counter on 10 July 25 - so rude!!! Needs to go to customer service training! Didn't want her rudeness to detract from the amazing professionals though so leaving 5 stars for them!
Very professional practice and the dentist Tara is excellent
Just had my bi-annual dental check up. Received a call to say if I was available the dentist could see me earlier. Dentist greeted me at the door. Really professional check up and clean. Very happy and would recommend for gap free dental treatment!
