My Mother swore she wouldn’t go back here again but ended up doing so with regret. Ended up with a mouth full of ulcer's. Think they’re trainees.
It’s a joke trying to make a dental appointment. This is not a one off, you rarely get through then are asked to leave a message and still they don’t return your call. HCF should get their priorities right and stop with the stupid adds and concentrate more on customer service.

Made 2 phone appointments for my husband and I yes for check up you need to book in advance reception and dental staff friendly professional very cost effective
4 month wait. staff was grumpy and blamed me for enquiring if a 2nd appointment would be another 3 months on top. only came to the office because you can’t make an appointment over the phone
