Made 2 phone appointments for my husband and I yes for check up you need to book in advance reception and dental staff friendly professional very cost effective
4 month wait. staff was grumpy and blamed me for enquiring if a 2nd appointment would be another 3 months on top. only came to the office because you can’t make an appointment over the phone
Receptionist extremely unhelpful. Was too busy chewing her nails
Very pleased with HCF dental Miranda, highly recommend Verona Samaan is the most professional dentist and so kind and caring and she does an amazing work. I can’t thank her enough. I got a call in the afternoon to make sure that everything was good and if I had any concerns. Amazing customer service and also like to thank Rebecca on reception her customer service is outstanding and she made you feel welcomed and always a service with a smile.
