Contacted Hce to service my propane fireplace logs. They sent a technician out who never worked on propane fireplaces. He knew nothing about anything, left after about 20 minutes talking on the phone,went back to the office and picked up an owner's manual. Over an hour later, returned and looked at some pictures reset my fireplace logs, didn't clean anything,,didn't check anything left me with a $250 bill. HCE is an excellent company. They service my rental homes and businesses. They are very professional and show up on time, in time. I cannot say enough good things about them. I own a historic home in Wise, VA, the E.M. Fulton house. This is when I met HCE because I got quotes from five different HVAC providers in the area who all wasted my time.
