Amazing staff and good service but billing after has been HORRENDOUS. I asked for an itemized bill and they won't give the insurance codes, asked insurance for it they said the hospital should've given those codes on the itemized bill. Sent my bill before my insurance even fully got back to them so I thought I was paying about 1500 then they upped it to over 3k without telling me or even sending me another bill with the change. Terrible respect for patients.
This place is amazing and has wonderful staff. We have used this location multiple times for us and our children and they have always been great. We love that it doesn’t take very long unlike a traditional full-size ER hospital.
Fast service! A lot pricey!
