Just rude. Not helpful at all. Seem to only care about 'quittin' time'.
It’s very clear healthcare has become a business and HCA puts profit over patients every single day. I had surgery at HCA Research in 2021 and had to go to the emergency room a week after the procedure for complications, a couple weeks later the same surgeon had to operate on me again to correct issues from the original surgery. 3 hospital visits for 1 issue, thousands of dollars in bills. Now 2 years later the same issue has recurred and I followed up with the same surgeon who was clearly unqualified to conduct this procedu... read more
