I wanted to record this while it is fresh in my mind. I just left the Tomball Hospital and I have a family member who has a severe mental health disorder and while I was there they were discharging my family member I overheard and witnessed a behavior that was deeply troubling. I Inner through the emergency room the receptionist at the window was very rude,she told me to take a set . She didn't allow me to give information on myself or my family member totally disrespectful.
