RecommendedI must say I was very surprised by the attention that was given for my daughter during delivery for my first grandson, while she has COVID Nurses and staff were on board and supportive during the processing. the staff there is EXCELLENT I recently had a stroke, took good care of me. I had in patient therapy and out patient therapy and the staff was very professional.. I would like to thank the staff that rehab me back to 100%.. Monica, Candice, lilac, Maria, Jose, and Jaime at the out patient facility thank you❤❤❤❤❤

Do not let your loved ones enter this place. Bayshore Pasadena hospital needs to be shut down.I’ve never met such incompetent, sloppy, rude, medical staff in my life. I would like to think my grandfather is in good hands but his not!! The staff we have talked to always given us different information! Christmas Eve we had one nurse calling us about putting him in icu on a ventilator and do we agree like wtf And then 10 minutes later we have another nurse saying his doing much better and vitals are good! this is the shittiest hospital I've ever known it doesn't matter how many times they change their name there will always be the same crappy staff working there and even if you complain they will always defend they're lying nurses don't ever take your loved one there they will just put them on a vent and let him die I hope this helps someone else's loved ones
Where should I start? My friend went to the emergency room for a fractured pelvis and was admitted. He was disoriented and had an alarm on his bed. He was taken for a walk, the bed alarm wasn't turned back on, he was getting up to go towards the bathroom, fell and broke his femur. He had to have a procedure putting a rod in front his hip to his knee. Recently had a Sleep study and had to return for a CPAP titration. Kathy did both my studies and was phenomenal. Sleep lab environment is quiet and comfortable. Pre-registration was a breeze. I also recently started OT for a hand injury. I have been very pleased with the care I have received since day one at Outpatient Sports Medicine. Absolutely the best care! I had surgery today and everyone from intake staff to nurses to surgical team was wonderful. I managed Hilton franchised hotels for over 20 years and I know what cleanliness is and this facility is extremely clean! So happy to have been sent to Bayshore.
i was a patient here they don't care about these patients.... what hospital keeps losing power and no ac.... if you're labeled covid it's even worse nurse cam only ser you once every 4hrs....
