Very impressed with the new SignatureCare Emergency Center in Stafford. Extremely caring staff. Thank you very much for your excellent service yesterday.
I recently brought my newborn here. The entire staff was fast and very friendly. The location was easy to find and the facility was very clean.
I came in, with a sore throat. They attended me really quick, the nurses were really helpful. I thank nurse Pam, nurse Tatiana and Dr. Smith for taking great care of me. They even offered me a warm blanket, without me saying I was cold, which I was. After I was released Genesis from the front desk checked me out and explained to me everything. They were all very helpful and very quick on figuring out what was wrong with me.
Went in today for a 'minor' emergency...great staff! Genesis, Nurse Brenda and Dr. Zhang were awesome! No wait time!
I had an extremely bad toothache and everyone was very helpful I didn't have to wait long and was seen immediately Jessica super sweet and Nurse Becca and Brandon took care of me thank you so much! Dr. Frausto thank you for taking care of me and giving me great advice!
Went in at about 8:00, talked to the receptionist about paperwork, gave me said paperwork. Didn't even get to sit down to start working on paperwork before the nurse came to take me to the back. Quickest intake time I've ever experienced!! Would definitely go there again I then need arose.
The staff, nurses and doctors were all wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. The facility is very nice. I'm very happy to have them right down the street from our house.
Husband needed to have his calf muscle pain further evaluated. Came here and was swiftly seen by Dr. Singla. Their team is awesome, starting off with Jessica at the front desk. Not to mention the rest - Gus, Becca, Tati and Chastity, who were very friendly and accommodating. The facility is clean and literally a walking distance from our subdivision. Will definitely recommend SignatureCare ER. They truly care!
I had to take my 4 year old in for pink eye and an ear ache and this was the BEST experience we've both had. She actually didn't want to leave!!! I was expecting to be there for at least 2 hours, but my wait was like 3 min in the waiting area, 5 in the room and the nurses and doctors were amazing!!
