My visit to HCA Friendswood facility was excellent. I got in immediately and was seen. The employees were very nice and compassionate. They were very professional and efficient.
Nurse Shannon was truly God Sent. The doctor was aggressive and dismissive to my feelings and concerns. She also failed me when it came to care. I had to have emergency surgery 2 days later after she mis read and mis diagnosed what was wrong with me!
I took my daughter to get tested for either COVID or the flu, as I suspected it was one or the other. After the test, we were informed that she had the flu. We left without taking any medication or additional tests. Fast forward two months, and I receive a $3,500 bill! I repeatedly asked about the cost upfront, but they refused to provide any pricing information. This was my biggest concern, and unfortunately, it became a reality. Please be aware—medical billing can be outrageous!BEWARE!!!
Our visit to this place was a truly disappointing experience. From the moment the doctor walked in, her attitude was rude and aggressive. She completely disregarded my son's medical concern and instead engaged in a back-and-forth argument with us, dismissing our worries and implying that she wasn't seeing what we were describing.
