Get directionsthe staff was very courteous & professional, waited 10 minutes, assessed & treated in less than an hour.... pain came from stupid REGISTRAR MACHINE , quoted $60.00 fee for visit with 20% discount for paying....tried paying with 2 different cards, both declined...pushed HELP & waited for lady to come on & tell me that Alvin doesn't offer discount, but just run my card again...
