The Townsville staff are extremely hard to get in touch with. The phone numbers they give just ring out. The Brisbane phone lines get connected but they’re so many divisions that you have to explain yourself to them and they still put you through the wrong dept. Yeah the money is good but the communication is horrible and the houses they put you usually have no clue you’re from an agency. HCA has to changed and do their homework on how to improve their staff communication.
