The most maddening and frustrating experiecne I have ever had with a healthcare provider. Scheduled appointment and it got rescheduled 5 different times. Scheduled a follow-up and that one has been cancelled and rescheduled too. And don't even bother using their online scheduling platform - it "doesn't work" and they "don't even know why it's active bc it's never worked". They're a joke and don't respect the time of their patients. Couldn't even pay me to go back here.
What is going on with the office staff lately? I've been a patient for years and they just seem like they are really disorganized. I had an abnormal Ultrasound. I made an appointment to discuss it with my doctor. They said they needed to reschedule for 5 months out. I said that is not acceptable as I am also having symptoms. They said I could discuss my abnormal results with a nurse which is not in her scope of practice.
Dr. Leman, an exceptional doctor, delivered my baby. Cassie and Nicole, two amazing nurse practitioners, are also fantastic. The entire staff are truly great!
Dr Leman gets 5 stars. This practice gets 1. EVERY YEAR my annual exam gets cancelled/rescheduled. This year was the first time I ever got a weeks notice (usually I find out the day before - I've even once walked in and was told by the front desk that it had been cancelled but no one had called me), however, this appointment is extremely important as I've been continuing to have seizure that are lined up with my cycle. The whole experience was excellent. I’ve been a patient for 5+ years. Cassie NP is hands down one of the best health providers I have ever had. She is thorough, detail oriented, kind, and takes the time to actually HEAR you. I feel so confident in her care and truly appreciate her personalized approach. I never feel like she is “checking a box.” The front desk were all very friendly and the nurse was great as well; I wish blood draws were always that easy. Thank you!
