I had a lower back fusion L-4,L-5, S-1 done by Dr.Chad Prusmack, and PA David WhatMoore. They both are fantastic Dr's!! Very thoural in every aspect. Katrina, and Tracy are amazing as well, always so helpful. I highly recommend them. I'm healing great after 3 month Post Op.

Had the pleasure of seeing Dr Prusmack’s PA David. What a great experience starting with the lovely lady at the front desk to the fabulous nurse. David listened to my situation, made a clear diagnosis and treatment plan. Left very optimistic!
Easy location to find. Free parking. Welcoming and friendly office staff. On time appointment. Dr. Prusmack listened to my concerns and took my issues seriously. Grateful the office had the ability to schedule surgery immediately.
