Office staff, nurses, and doctors are all super friendly and they remember me from when I would come all the time 3 years ago when I was pregnant. They are like a family to me and im not scared to go for my yearly checkup
My sister booked a medical appointment three months ago, but today—just one day before the scheduled date—we received an email stating that the appointment had been pushed back another four months. We really need to see a doctor as soon as possible. However, the clinic told us that if it’s a gynecological issue, we should just go straight to the hospital emergency room, as they have absolutely no openings to schedule us in for the next four months. I hate that I am feeling compelled to leave a bad review for a doctor’s office I have been going to for years, but I have had enough. Dr. Mason is great, however the office staff and the availability of appointments is anything but. I got a call today (again) from Dr. Mason’s office about my upcoming appointment in July. I was informed that there was a “scheduling change” and Dr. Mason was not going to be able to make my appointment. Exceptional care and staff :) I always feel so comfortable and listened to. Highly recommend.
I love Dr. Mason and her whole team. They are all so knowledgeable and kind and easy to communicate with! The only downside is the with to be seen can be a bit longer than expected but its worth it for the level of care you receive!
