Updated Review: I have been in contact with the clinic manager and we are working to alleviate continued scheduling concerns for the remainder of my pregnancy. I hope to continue to update with positive changes ongoing. Premier OBGYN has made my pregnancy journey a nightmare with poor communication, cancelled appointments and overall poor care. Premier OBGYN has made my pregnancy journey a nightmare with poor communication, cancelled appointments and overall poor care. Although I like my doctor and the nurses/nurse practitioners at this time I would never recommend this practice to anyone for care. It is clear this practice is oversaturated and they do not have the staff to actually see patients as scheduled and give people the time they deserve with their providers. I think it's very rare to actually look forward to coming to a doctor's appointment. Everyone at premier integrated pearl Street is so sweet and happy. Which I also think is rare for people to enjoy their jobs so much. I've been seeing Dr. Payne for 7 years and she's helped me navigate a lot in terms of my health. She's been so kind, caring and remembers a lot about my life which has helped me to feel so seen every visit. The other members of their staff are also incredible.
