Absolutely horrible. I had an appt here for a new pregnancy and waited almost an hour and a half for the Doctor. We left without being seen. Hadn’t heard from them since the appt in February and then they sent me to a collections company in September to pay for the new patient appt that I never received. Then refused to speak to me on the phone about my account because they’d already sent me to collections.

I’ve been a patient since 2024. Recently had an emergent concern arise that I’d called the office about. For starters, I don’t know when they changed it to where you can no longer call the front desk to schedule an appointment directly, you are now dialed in to a call center instead of the front desk where you often spend 90% of the time repeating yourself. I got nowhere, and they told me they’d “need approval” to switch the doctor I was seen by. I’d called twice over a few days, both times hanging up WITHOUT an appointment.... read more

Go somewhere else if at all possible. I am not a new patient, and I scheduled an appointment for a couple weeks out. They called me back 2 hours later to explain they’re not accepting new patients (gain, I’ve been there before) and the appointment they made for me was a mistake. There are no appointments available for 6 to 9 months. Wow, great women’s health care there. Unbelievable. What a waste of time.

Office staff, nurses, and doctors are all super friendly and they remember me from when I would come all the time 3 years ago when I was pregnant. They are like a family to me and im not scared to go for my yearly checkup
