Dr. Patel is maybe the best doctor I have ever seen. She is so kind, comforting, and sweet. I’ve never had an issue with the front desk staff either, they are always friendly. Highly recommend this place!
In my experience Premier OB/GYN is DECEPTIVE and DISHONEST. When I arrived for my women’s wellness visit, I paid for my visit. I believed I was paying in full because I told the woman at the desk that I was “self-pay”/ without insurance. During my visit, Dr Carewe told me that it had been three years since my previous appointment; therefore, I was required to fill out all the new patient paperwork. Dr. Feller was wonderful- she took a lot of time to explain to me various scenarios and made me feel like my health concerns were heard and acknowledged. We scheduled a follow up appt to make sure everything is moving in the right direction. 5 stars!
I initially started my care with Dr. Patel, whom I respect as a provider, though I found that her approach to care differed from what I personally prefer. Recommendations and clinical expertise are important and welcomed, however the way care is delivered can make a significant difference, and I felt that aspect was lacking.
