The front desk never answers the phone which is one of their only jobs. I called about 10 times today and nothing but they call 1 time and leave the exact same voicemail and if you miss it then you’re just out of luck. So guess I just don’t find out my results of what’s wrong with me. the nurse triage line must do all their work for them.
Joke of a practice. My appointment was cancelled because someone double booked over me and they then couldn't get me in for another 5 months. I'll be switching practices to another group that's better managed.

The staff is nice and the office space is too but the real praise goes to Dr. Patel. If only ALL doctors were as wonderful as she is, we’d all be better off. She makes you feel like your case is the most important. She completely focuses on you and doesn't make you feel like she’s rushing you. She’s warm and kind.
