My first appointment at this clinic was with Dr. Payne, who has since moved to a different location. Afterward, I began seeing Dr. Patel. During my first visit with her last year, I was left waiting in a gown for nearly an hour. This year, scheduling with her proved equally challenging. I called several times but was never able to reach a live person, nor was I able to leave a voicemail. Amazing staff. Super friendly and kind.
Love Dr Patel! She was patient and knowledgeable and happily answered all my questions.
I do not recommend Dr Patel for high risk cases. After my ectopic, she did not take my concerns seriously and said that she is not the kind of doctor that provides a high touch service. The billing at this place is also screwed up, no one picks up the phone or calls you after leaving many messages.
