I've been at this medical facility for a few years. I first started seeing Dr. Mason and she was amazing but then after awhile she moved to their Pearl location permanently. This is my 3rd pregnancy here. I've tried to like it here still even after my doctor changed. I've had a rough pregnancy and I've seen Dr. Patel 3 times so far, every visit has never been on time. Unprofessionalism, does not honor appointment times. Be ready to wait for hours for your scheduled appointments even for blood draw. We waited there for atleast 1 hour for all our appointments. Ultimately moved our care somewhere else out of frustration. They can also lose your lab samples.
Dr Patel helped me get control of my hot flashes which helped my mood my attitude. I am very appreciative for that and the whole staff at this clinic is awesome. Thank you so much for all your help.
Care is great but scheduling is a downfall of Premier One. During my pregnancy, I had appointments repeatedly changed without being contacted and would have to call the clinic to reschedule each one. Postpartum, they cancelled more than one appointment and wanted to schedule the postpartum visit 9 weeks pp instead of the standard 6 weeks. It’s extremely frustrating to work with a clinic that makes you feel like your care is not a priority.
