My entire experience with your practice from Kaitlin the triage person, who kindly listened and was able to have me seen to the front desk staff, the medical team and the doctor! Dr. V. was absolutely amazing, kind, great communication and incredible care! I'm a huge fan!! It isn’t often at 65 yo that you have many visits with OB/GYN office. I can only imagine how wonderful Dr. V would be as your physician while travelling the exciting journey of pregnancy and birth! She is an excellent provider!
I had a wonderful pre natal and post partum experience with this office and Dr. Vasichko I always found the front desk staff to be friendly and never had an issue with scheduling or billing
Very rude staff. Had to walk out before my appointment even started
Showed up for a first appointment and the office was closed with no notice and no way to get a hold of anyone. Had an appointment confirmation and was not the only patient there. Shame because the doctors have such good reviews, but seems like the scheduling needs some help.
Took me 7 years to work up the courage to get a Pap smear since I’ve been experiencing pelvic pain and I show up (30 minute drive and took time off work) and they said I scheduled online for a time slot that was not available………. Why was it available to book then? Clearly this is an ongoing issue for this clinic. Front desk lady was more concerned with proving she called me once (voicemail said nothing about canceling the appt) and didn’t even offer to reschedule me. Horrible experience.
