Dr. Patel and the all of the staff were extremely professional and friendly. I had a great experience. Which is usually not the case with doctor visits. Will highly recommend.
I do not recommend Dr Patel for high risk cases. After my ectopic, she did not take my concerns seriously and said that she is not the kind of doctor that provides a high touch service. The billing at this place is also screwed up, no one picks up the phone or calls you after leaving many messages.
I have had an overall positive experience with this practice so far in my pregnancy. Dr. Patel is wonderful! For the most part, the office runs on a timely manner. However, what is really starting to frustrate me is the rescheduling of appointments. Both my 12 week and 16 week appointments have been rescheduled; my 16 week appointment they called me day-of (8 AM) and asked if I could come in at noon. At my first visit, Dr. Patel, her nursing staff, and her administrative staff were all professional, thorough, communicative, and kind. The office was clean and comfortable. It is my new go-to for my OB/GYN needs!
