The doctors and physicians assistant were kind and efficient. They made explanations understandable. The office staff were also very efficient.
This review is pertaining to the staff at this location, and not the surgeon I was referred to. I was referred here on 3.16.26 by the Mountain Ridge ER due to a broken ankle. Unfortunately, this injury is a workers compensation injury, yet I was asked to contact our health insurance, Tricare Select, and get a referral before I could be scheduled. Our insurance doesn't even require a referral so that in itself was odd. Then we were told even if we already had the referral that we didn't need, the soonest I would be brought in... read more
