Was referred her for a test to diagnose and treat something that is extremely time sensitive. I literally cannot make an appointment because no one answers the phones. I’ve sat on hold for 20 minutes at a time multiple times. No answer. Nothing. What even is this place???
The office told me the wrong time to show up, then said because I was "late" they had to cancel the appointment I had been waiting 5 months for. When I asked them to work with me due to the fact that I was presented with misinformation about my appointment time, they gaslit me and took no responsibility for the error. They offered no recommendations on how to move forward other than to schedule another appointment several months out. Terrible customer service from a group that clearly has subpar reviews.

I absolutely love my neurologist Megan Murgel I have been a paraplegic with the most crucial. chronic/neuropathic Pain for 17 year's. I have seen a number of neurologist a number of pain specialists. I have had a number of different injections, a spinal stimulator put in. And nothing has helped to elevate my pain. It isn’t perfect and honestly, it never will be due to the amount of nerve damage I have in my spinal cord.
