I have loved every doctor and NP I have interacted with at this practice , but my experiences with admin/front desk have been incredibly frustrating since I started coming here a year and a half ago. It is nearly impossible to make an appointment, I’m often put on hold then hung up on numerous times. I don’t have hours out of my day to sit on hold or keep re-dialing trying to get an appointment . I love my doctor, this is a comment on the office. The patient portal is glitching and there is literally no way to get help, and no way to leave a non urgent message for my physician, and when you try tech support through the portal, it takes you to instructional videos on how to use a portal. I'm not even expecting immediate answers - just a way to leave a message for my doctor. I work M-F and literally haven't found time during those hours to send a message about my health. Dr Prouse is Patient, professional, caring & thoughtful!
I’ve had noting but the best experience here. From all of the providers I’ve seen (Kelly Moore, Emily Prouse and Brittany Brown) to Dr. Prouse delivering my daughter, I felt like I was always in the best care. 10/10 recommend.
Rude, dismissive front desk receptionist. Waited almost an hour in a full waiting room on the morning of 10/30 while she scrolled TikTok and played videos OUT LOUD at the front desk-- within earshot of everyone. Unbelievably unprofessional. (Real patient, reviewed under a different name for privacy)
