Love Dr.Barnes always helpful and answers all questions I have, Staff are great as well, they stay on top of things.
AWFUL. Just moved to Colorado and had my appointment for months in advance. I never even got to meet the doctor because the front desk staff is so rude and incompetent. They called to confirm my appointment but failed to mention they moved locations. I was on the phone with 2 separate people trying to figure out where to go, one told me the wrong place and the other said “I’m new I don’t know how to help you”. Dr. Owens is a fabulous provider! However, my experience with the other staff has been very frustrating. I have received some concerning information from some recent labs and have been attempting to talk to someone in their office to explain them to me. I’ve been hung up on twice by their office staff. This is incredibly unprofessional and irritating.
I am 38 weeks pregnant and a patient here. After being advised to go to the hospital this past weekend due to early labor related issues, I had asked to move my 38 week appointment to earlier in the week. As my first pregnancy, I was hoping for peace of mind as a follow up to the hospital visit. Dr. Owens, Dr. Prouse, and all the providers at this location are wonderful. I was seen here throughout my pregnancy and birth of my firstborn. They take the time to listen and explain things in a non-condescending way before they happen, which as a first time mom I truly appreciated. Their guidance, expertise, and decision to rotate doctors was perfect! My primary provider was Dr. Owens, but when my time came early I was paired with Dr. Prouse.
