I called to ask if they were one of the facilities that had violated EMTALA and they immediately hung up on me. Based on this behavior, I’m assuming the answer is yes. Seek a different facility for your loved one’s mental health care.

I asked Nathan, with the dark, short hair and glasses, who works nights, for help and he was very mean, rude, and aggressive.

I was in the adult inpatient unit. I'd say this place is a bit worse than other mental hospitals I've been to. Mainly because the layout of the unit makes it so that you'll likely be hearing staff and patients talking loudly outside your bedroom all day, from 6 AM to 10 PM. The food is ok.

Update this place is still horrible! I was admitted late at night. I was not told about how anything worked or rules or where everything was. I had a horrible headache and waited 6 hrs for a Tylenol, it was cold, the pillow was flat and with a neck injury made pain worse, the food was terrible. I kept being served food I can't eat. (Milk) The doctor released me and told me to call my husband to pick me up. He dropped everything and drove an hour and ended waiting 2 more hours because the nurses that were supposed to do my di... read more
