Dr. Vandersloot, Becky and the staff made my experience an absolute joy in a rough time. They were always available and gracious when I was nervous. I highly recommend this group.
All the staff at this group starting from the receptionist, medical assistants, NP’s and all the doctors are very caring and attentive. They all go above and beyond for each patient’s health care needs. Dr Van Der Sloot and Dr Poonia are excellent doctors and extremely knowledgeable with wonderful bedside manner! Highly recommend this practice!!!
I would rate my overall experience with the Neck and Head Surgical Specialty Group as "10". I have been their patient for over 1 + yrs. Everyone has been extremely professional, caring, comforting, and encouraging from day one. They have been very open and honest with all my treatments up to completion of the process. I am a new patient every thing about my visit was very positive. The entire staff was pleasant, professional,prompt , knowledgeable.. Unfortunately I will need some fallow up apointments but I'm sure they will be as positive . Thank you for empathy.
