Best OBGYN office in town! I’ve had the best experience here for years. My son is 4.5 and my daughter is almost 1 and the midwives delivered both my babies. Prenatal and postnatal care have been outstanding and I feel so safe with this office and my healthcare. Shout out to nurse Britt for being so supportive and caring when I’ve had issues. She’s gone above and beyond and I’m so very thankful for her.
Dr Lillo is the best!! All of the doctors in this group really are amazing! Dr.Lillo does not rush you during appointments and answers all of my questions thoroughly! Highly recommend this practice for any of your OBGYN needs!!
I felt well cared for, the provider Cheryl Kohrs was professional and attentive, and my concerns were addressed thoroughly.
Your receptionists are very unfriendly. No smile. No hello. First impressions are so important and go a long way. This has become an epidemic in this country. Try to stand out. Be WELCOMING. I feel like it has become increasingly industrialized. I don't feel a connection with my provider, which keeps changing. It feels like you want to move us in and out. No attention to detail. I spoke to a nurse named Brit today on the phone regarding a clinical question. As someone who works in healthcare and triage, Brit was incredible to speak with. She asked great questions, reassured me, and consulted with a doctor. She made sure that all of my questions were answered and that my concerns were cared for. Thank you Brit!! She is kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate! Dr. Lillo is awesome as well, she has great bedside manner!
