Your receptionists are very unfriendly. No smile. No hello. First impressions are so important and go a long way. This has become an epidemic in this country. Try to stand out. Be WELCOMING. I spoke to a nurse named Brit today on the phone regarding a clinical question. As someone who works in healthcare and triage, Brit was incredible to speak with. She asked great questions, reassured me, and consulted with a doctor. She made sure that all of my questions were answered and that my concerns were cared for. Thank you Brit!! She is kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate! Dr. Lillo is awesome as well, she has great bedside manner!
After going to Consultants in OB/GYN Denver since 2016, I'm calling it quits. Too many bad encounters with staff and providers, and I can no longer justify going to this practice. I have seen six different providers here and two I would see again - Dr. Dabelea and one practitioner who is no longer there. The others were rushed, stressed, overwhelmed, and some just plain nasty. The office staff is always so wonderful and organized. Dr. Arango is the sweetest. She delivered my baby and is my Obgyn in general. She’s the perfect mix of very pleasant and very straight forward. Love.
My provider, Jill, had a great bedside manner. The whole visit was quick and to the point. Had a great experience.
