Kind and professional office staff and medical staff
Excellent care and supporting staff.
Aspen Medical Group is my Medical Team because if my Dr is not available when I am sick I will receive excellent care from all the Doctors and PAs. Office personnel are always nice and helpful as well. Happy 20+ year patient.
This review is about scheduling and office-related issues, as I never even got in to see a doctor. When I arrived at my first appointment, they told me I needed to reschedule because of some glitch in their own computer systems. They weren't rude about it, but they weren't apologetic or particularly helpful about fixing the mistake. Months later, they had to reschedule me again because they put me down for a normal time slot when I needed a longer one reserved for new patients.
