Kendrick, Brenda, and the front office person(I didn't catch her name) were all great! Professional, knowledgeable, efficient
Kendrick is great. He is patient and caring, focused on how lifestyle choices affect my health. He listens to my issues and responds with solutions, be it medicine, testing, or diet.
The Aspen group was very professional and kind as well as thorough and responsive to my medical concerns at my intake appointment.
I went as a New patient, I scheduled an appointment and they have to move me for 4 months after at last minute 🙄 my experience the first time was fine, then I have to schedule another appointment and they call me 5 days before to reschedule because the lady scheduled wrong, they should be more training in the customer service appointment because is the 2 time that this happened to me, the service simply not good.
Receptionist was pleasant and courteous; my doctor listened, offered helpful advice, scheduled all necessary tests and labs. Nurse was thorough and attentive.
