The staff is great, very friendly will answer questions in a timely manner and not make you feel rushed. I would recommend, Dr Knoche (is pronounced Kanaka) she is very knowledgeable and one of the best of this type of surgeon.
Office staff were friendly and welcoming. Appreciated being asked if I wanted water or coffee or a coke. Just an extra touch when you're there to been seen for something that makes you feel vulnerable. PA was knowledgeable, nonjudgmental and thoughtful in explanations. Doctor was efficient and helpful with my specific concerns. Oftentimes I've found since moving to the area that doctors are quick to move me out of the room and rush the visit. From walking in the door to the nurses, PA and Dr. My experience has been stellar. Everyone is caring courteous and professional. DR Knoche is very approachable, knowledgeable and professional w a great enery that puts you in a mindset that you are in good, competent and skilled hands. I have not had my procedure yet. But have total confidence w Dr Knoche and her team. Highly recommend her practice if you have the need.
Dr. Knoche and her staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had to wait for a while, but we were offered something to drink while we waited. Dr. Knoche thoroughly went through the details with us, such that we could understand. They scheduled the surgery within a few weeks. I appreciate that she was proactive in taking care of my wife's issues. I was pleased with her planned path forward.
Everyone was so nice and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The nurses and assistants were very kind and supportive. The doctor made me feel heard. She was thoughtful and thorough. All around, it was a good experience and I would recommend the doctor and staff to anyone!
