From walking in the door to the nurses, PA and Dr. My experience has been stellar. Everyone is caring courteous and professional. DR Knoche is very approachable, knowledgeable and professional w a great enery that puts you in a mindset that you are in good, competent and skilled hands. I have not had my procedure yet. Summerville Colorectal Center is outstanding. In a nutshell, the entire staff treats you like you are their most important patient. I mentioned this to Dr Knoche and she said she hopes they make all their patients feel that way. I wish all my doctors operated like this office. They value my time.
Staff, nurses, doctors and techs are very nice and very professional. They seem to really care about you. I would highly recommend their services.

I HAVE TO HAVE PROLAPSE SURGERY BUT HAVE TO GO GI GET BELLY TUBE PUT IN FIRST. SO THEY WILL SET THAT UP FIRST. VERY COMPASSIONATE, & CARING & CONCERNED STAFF.
