I had my annual mammogram at Summerville Breast Center and had a great experience. Tiffany, my tech, was friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable during what can be an awkward exam. I was feeling a little warm and she kindly brought me water and turned on a fan, which I really appreciated. Small gestures like that go a long way—thank you, Tiffany!

Everyone was so sweet there! Andy made the mammogram process quick and easy and I felt at ease the whole time. Thanks for a great experience in a mandatory checkup!

Whoever answered the phone for scheduling should really work on her customer service. I was given a referral from my doctor and received a message to call back and schedule an appointment. The person I spoke to was very condescending because I didn’t know the exact date of my last mammogram. I don’t keep a schedule of those things off the top of my head. I was at work and did not have insurance card really handy and apparently I need that in order to just schedule the appointment. Nowhere in the message did they say I would ... read more

Edit: (2025) Second yearly appt did not go as well, unfortunately. I had a 10:15 appt, got there at 10 as they request and sat on a bench in the warm cubicle changing room until 10:45 in a shirt length robe that didn't close well. Tech and woman who led me to the changing room were professional. Drinks were available. Results were sent almost immediately.
