Terrible bad side manners. I am hurt, scared and I get a lecture for stupid policy crap. Doctor and most of his staff need to be fired
Brandy the RN saved my life, my lungs were filling with water. When she took my vitals I only had 40% lung capacity . August 25th. Some people are angels on land.
The nurse here named Aiden is AMAZING. He took very good care of me. He has great bedside manner, is insanely knowledgeable and thorough and kept me informed on everything he was doing and what meds he was administering every step of the way. He made me feel comfortable when my nerves was so bad. He even stayed over his shift just to make sure I was good. He is truly Godsent and One of a kind. Would highly recommend this ER just because of him.
We are new to the area from NJ and had to seek emergency care and was unfamiliar with HCA. Being an RN who has worked in Emergency settings, I was very impressed with the facility and team members! It was immaculate and we had a ZERO wait time! All of my diagnostics and care was spot on and the nurses Aiden and Ashley were professional and engaging. I would highly recommend this facility to both locals and Out of Towners! Thank you All !
