I’ve never had a more chill experience at an ER. I had excruciating migraine. I expected to be waiting a long time, but instead walked in and was taken back to a room and helped immediately. The nurses and doctor were so nice and despite my terrible migraine, it was a rather relaxing experience, which is not something I ever thought I’d say about an ER.
The people here works so quickly. They are very nice and attentive to my needs.
While the medical care was acceptable, the administrative experience has been a nightmare. This hospital uses Team Health for their physician billing, a group that engages in predatory and coercive billing practices. Despite being a veteran and providing verified VA coverage—including facilitating two separate calls between the VA and Team Health support—they ignored the documentation and continued to send delinquency notices.
