Injury to Left leg for over a week . It became infected, and I worried about it getting cellulitis. It has cellulitis Dr. Karlsson was excellent as was his nurse Josh. I was treated immediately told exactly what was happening in my leg and how it now has cellulitis and was given the appropriate medication’s to help clear it up. Thank you very much. I am very satisfied with this visit.

The best ER I’ve ever been to. Great staff, Caleb, Amanda & Dr. Mccan. I walked in did not even sit down I was back with an IV within 5 minutes (no exaggeration) I was very tempted to go to Tampa General but I was told to try HCA first. So happy I gave it a shot they were amazing, kind and so so helpful. Everything was very clean and hopefully I won’t ever need to come back but if I did have an emergency I’d be back here.

Once I was getting care - overall positive I was a little put off when I walked in and was immediately discouraged from being there. I was abruptly told “this is an ER not urgent care” duh I knew that. I listen to my body and knew that what started as a UTI has become much more and that an urgent care would not have been able to do a CT scan to figure out what was going on!
