I came in for a cut to my cornea. I was seen within seconds, and everyone was fantastic. Nicholas (nurse leader), Rick (radiologist), and Soorma (doctor) all went above and beyond with fantastic service. I couldn’t recommend this place higher, God forbid you ever need it.
This is the best ER ever. As soon as I walked into the front I was taken back and everyone was AMAZING. Nicole got my IV started immediately (I'm a hard stick) they all worked as a team to get me fixed up and feeling better. During one of the scariest moments in my life thus far, everyone was calm and made me feel so comfortable. To all of the nursing staff and doctors working on 11/16 I can not thank any of you enough for taking such great care of me during a very scary time. I would highly recommend this ER every time!

We had to bring my two-year-old daughter in on a visit to Florida and I just want to say how impressed I am by all of the staff and the doctors we were able to walk right in and get into a room and get her checked out. My daughter is always been scared of going to doctors offices and they greeted her with a stuffed bunny to calm and soothe her. All the nurses were absolutely amazing. Communication was great. No waiting it was like somebody was just waiting for me to walk through the door. They took me right in gave me the exam at once. I told him that was wrong with me. I know this is a new emergency outpatient clinic and people are still learning about it, but I would recommend highly recommend it Very pleased with the quality of care that I received.
