What a great facility! Brand new. We were met at the door with warm smiles and helpful hands. My nurse, Rachel, was so kind as was my ARNP, Nick. Dr.Viteritti was great at explaining what was going to happen and quick to share results of my xrays. They all were a great team! Venice is fortunate to have a 24hr urgent care facility. I want to start by saying that Nicole is the true definition of a nurse. She is very caring and compassionate and listened to my concerns. I'm giving her a five star. The only reason I'm giving this hospital a 1 star is due to the other nurse that took over for her. I don't know her name because she didn't even introduce herself. She is slim with short blonde hair. She should not be in the medical field at all. Just very rough and doing everything super fast and looked annoyed the entire time.
