Recommended10/10 would recommend Oak hill hospital for the L&D team and their NICU. My labor was amazing and they where at my side through the whole experience making sure I was comfortable and had the labor I wanted. My son has been in the NICU for a little over a week and they have treated my son like their own and I could never repay them. Sheri and Ann where his primary day/night nurses when he was needing the most attention from them and they did a phenomenal job with him. I’ve only been here since yesterday but after I had surgery last night, they have let me get out of schedule with my iv antibiotics. They were short staffed with an IV specialist, now waiting for a midline. But this is the second dose of antibiotics that I am missing now. Not to mention their idea of controlling pain is to give you whatever and not even come back and check if your pain has budged. You can sit in your room and cry for hours and they still don’t care or won’t give you anything for anxiety. But it’s OK that the... read more

Dr. Dahir, the Same Day Surgical team, especially nurses April and Kendra, they were all wonderful!! I appreciate the beginning of the pre op instructions of bathing with hibicleans, arriving and pre op pain control methods.
