Although provided erroneous information originally from the "nurse station" on 2 occasions, the last call resulted in the correct analysis of my emergency and I was able to return to the ER and have the catheter originally inserted by them, removed without incident. The attending Doctor was factual, courteous and professional and the nurse who removed the gadget was also very helpful and performed the task without incident. Very happy with the prompt care I received. Everyone was very nice. Update. I had to go back & again, EVERYONE was GREAT! The Dr (wish I could remember his name) called me the next day with the results of my tests & recommended more tests with my Primary Care. Bob in Radiology was so nice & helpful in getting me a copy of the tests for my doctor! I highly recommend them.
