I highly recommend this ER. Nurse Lisa was outstanding in caring for me! What a compassionate young woman!!!!! Dr. Patel treated me with respect and compassion. He thoroughly explained my “condition”. The wait time was lengthy….but it was the weekend, which makes a difference.
My Mom was brought into the ER via Charlotte County Fire & EMS ( who were incredibly kind ). Dr. Brown, the ER doctor on duty was the most caring and kind Er physician I have ever encountered. My Mom is in the late stages of Alzheimer’s. Dr. Brown treated my Mom with kindness and compassion. The RN, Aliea ( I pray I spelled her name correctly ) was a true sweetheart. I’ve been to this emergency room 3 times and every single time I’ve had an amazing experience with the staff. Genuinely. However this time specifically as I sit here with my son for the second night in a row with tears in my eyes. This incredible angel of a nurse totally saved the day going above and beyond to help me with my sick baby. Went out of her way to get him some toys and extra diapers at her own expense.
