I attended the Orthopedic In-service for patients who will undergo hip, knee, or spinal surgery today. I found the Nurse Educator Rachel informative and she answered all questions in a clear, factual manner. I was impressed with all I heard and saw. Yesterday, I spoke to the Director of the Unit (Tammy) who encouraged me to see their unit in person. I shall have surgery there if and when it is indicated (soon). Outpatient receptionist should not be allowed to interact with people, she is rude, condescending, no people skills, and lazy. Very unprofessional.
They took wonderful care of my Dad :-(
After arriving with dizziness.the ER Staff had me admitted quickly, and attended to what was wrong with me.(Professionals all of them) I later found out that I had a Stroke. The 3rd Floor Nurses took care of me, and i have been back for a few other health issues. They are Professional and caring nurses and Doctors. They were very attentive to giving me the best care possible.
