Went in with severe pain in my right chest. Was quickly diagnosed and given pain meds within a 45 minute time of my arrival. Was very quickly admitted for gall bladder surgery. The food service could have been better as the kitchen did not communicate well with the medical staff which extended my stay for a day due to testing. However, the staff was friendly and quite accommodating. The Doctor giving my surgery was truthful and exact in my expectations. Job well done.

STAFF WERE VERY NICE BUT NOT ONE WASHED THERE HANDS. I AM A NURSE CASE MANAGER I WAS APPAULED TO SEE THE LACK OF INFECTION CONTROL IN THIS HOSPITAL. INCONTINANCE CARE RENDERED TO ROOMMATE CNA WANTED TO DUMP THE DIRTY WATER IN MY HUSBANDS SINK I SAID WHAT ARE YOU DOING HAVE YOU HEARD OF INFECTION CONTROL, ANOTHER DAY THEY WANTED TO TAKE HIS BASIN TO USE ON THIS ROOMMATE, AND I EDUCATED THEM AGAIN THAT ONE PATIENTS EQUIPMENT IS NOT TO BE USED ON ANOTHER PATIENT. I was misdiagnosed in July 2020 after I had an MRI for complaints of back pain. I had several MRI done at this facility in the past. I had the same teach every time. On this particular day she hugged me before I left, we had worked together at one time but this was not the norm. That day she noticed a mass in my spine that was different than the others and she wrote a note in the chart asking the radiologist to order an MRI contrast as she was concerned. 2 Radiologist IGNORED the note and wrote NO changes from previous. I went twice with my mom to the ER and we stay for few days. I don't have enough words to express my gratitude and described the EXCELLENT service we received from absolutely everybody, All the staff from the ER, the floors we stay in, Doctors, nurses, security, maintenance and food department. Being in a hospital is not pleasant but if the service is excellent it makes it more bearable Thanks for the great service and God Bless al of you for your commitment

All the staff was great, the hospital is clean, Friendly, After my Surgery the I was in so much pain, the nurse stayed with me until the med's worked. I want to Thank the Nurses on the 5th floor,

Horrible hospital! Admin is all about generating income...they can care less about patients' health. ED is awful with even worse care after being admitted. Stay far away if you want to be healthy.
