⭐ 1-Star Review I had an extremely poor experience with this hospital across multiple visits, including the emergency room, inpatient care, and a follow-up appointment. Despite arriving on time, I experienced excessive delays, was repeatedly passed over while others were seen first, and was rushed through care at the end of the day. If I could give ten stars I would. I just had the most positive medical visit probably in my entire life. I recently had a procedure done at the HCA Lake Monroe Sanford location with Dr. Benjamin. That experience went well but after a couple of days post op I began to develop an allergic reaction. I left a message in the portal last night around 9pm but knew it couldn’t wait. Tried my best to see Robert Benjamin for hernia surgery. They rescheduled the 2nd consultation appointment for a month later than the original. Appointment was at 1:20 today. I finally walked out at 4:15. Almost 3 hours of waiting is unacceptable. I felt like a low priority. Very disappointing visit to a surgeons office.

I would give 10 stars if possible! My husband received a stat referral for a general surgeon following a second appt with his PCP. I was unable to get through on the phone, so I decided to stop by the office to make an appt. The address on the referral was wrong, or so I was told at that office, that it was trauma only. I was then sent to the mustard colored building. There I was told that the doctor listed on the referral, doesn't start until Dec. Well damn! I thought.
