John outpatient very nice and professional coworker
Frank met us at the desk when we walked in. He was full of smiles and already knew who we were, which was great. My mother needed to sign some things, and Frank made it so very easy for her to sign. He helped her navigate through everything very quickly and had us moving right on time for our appointment. Next was Joe. Joe is such an intelligent, funny, and very caring individual. This was so convenient as we live far from the hospital. Mary Sue and all the other staff were fantastic and super helpful!
Joe and Fred were a pleasure to meet and made me feel very comfortable. They were both very kind, polite, attentive, efficient and professional. Having the satellite office in Venice was very convenient as it is very hard for me to walk. Location was perfect! I parked right in front and only had a few steps to take.
Very awesome experience. Everybody was super super nice.
