Upon arrival I was informed that my appointment was cancelled. The previous the receptionist from radiology confirmed my appointment for 9am. Scheduling department stated they called I screen my phone it was an 877 number I thought it was spam, no text message or email. Carmen who attended to me the morning of,Andy the greeter, Jeremy and the staff were great. I asked Carmen why was it canceled and why did radiology call to confirm the previous day?
