Care & treatment was professional and courteous. Wait time wasn't excessive. I would have liked the soaking solution to have been warmer, but l accept what I got.
Awful experience. One of your patience fell in the waiting room with no staff anywhere in sight. I had to help the poor lady to her feet. Even when staff arrived, the attentiveness seemed less than par. I was not impressed with my level of care. Got the impression my physician was very anxious to just move on to her next task. I had to check with the desk on two occasions just to know if my visit was over or if I was still waiting for the doctor. Terrible experience.
