Worst service ever, girl at the front desk was rude. If I ever need urgent care I will be taking it elsewhere.
I visited the Emergency Dept on 231 and had the kindest staff and the kindest most thorough Doctor I will definitely go back when I need them again A Big Thank you to them
Avoid at all costs. Rude, uncaring and unprofessional. I have never felt so unwelcome anywhere. Timothy Adamcryk MD made me feel like I was a bother to him.. He told me that he doesn't like to see anyone unless it is a life threatening situation and he refused to do any necessary testing to resolve the infection which had set into my hand, and that I should not go to the ER just for a follow up on a lacerated finger infection causing throbbing pain. This ER is pretty efficient! I showed up on one of their busiest input days and got admitted and they still kept me warm, cared for and were kind through that rush. They did immediate treatment I needed and never made me feel like I was a number on their long day. They explained things well. For me, it was a good experience when I had a difficult issue.
