My experience wasn't very positive. The first nurse was shouting at me while I was in pain. I wish I knew her name, but I didn't. Fortunately, I was attended to by a very patient nurse afterward, while the other nurse just sat at her desk with a worried expression and treated me badly. I was in too much pain to remember her name, but I wish I did. Due to the way I was treated, I would never return to this hospital.

The absolute BEST Emergency Room I have ever been to. From the receptionist to the X-ray and CT techs to the nurses doctor and registrar have been so kind. I have a phobia to doctors and they calmed my nerves by listening and doing what they could to help ease my mind. I was seen, got X-rays, CTs, and everything under an hour. Currently waiting to hear the results. If I ever have another emergency, THIS will be where I come or bring anyone. Thank you HCA staff for your kindness.

I normally go here and I've had bad experiences before but not to this magnitude. The Dr that was there the night of Oct 5 was so rude to me it's ridiculous and my daughter n law was there as a witness. I had my ears ruptured on a flight. Went to see my son graduate the navy academy. All she kept repeating was I shouldn't have flown with an infection but I didn't know that and I was in a lot of pain and she didn't care.
