It was a very busy evening. But I was content with the services I received.
The nursing staff delivered excellent service. Everyone made sure that I was well taken care of. I was on the 4th floor. Everyone did a phenomenal job even the housekeeping staff. Th entire nursing staff on the 4th floor did a great job! They were very professional and took the time to explain to me what was going on every step of the way. They answered all of my questions. Horrible ER experience. Waited 2 hours for a Dr. to come by and make me feel like I was imagining my symptoms, then walk away to never come back. The bathrooms were disgusting and the overall place made me feel worse than when I walked in. I had to leave. Ended up going to Cleveland Clinic the following morning. What a difference! Do yourself a favor, drive the extra 20 minutes and find better care. This place was sending me a bill before I even got seen by a “”physician.”
