My experience at the ER was horrible!! I needed to use the bathroom real badly and not one person helped me. I was hurting I had to go that bad. I saw the nurse assigned to me once, and never saw him again. So I unhooked the monitors so I could get to the bathroom. Then I hooked myself back up to the monitors. That nurse never even put my ID bracelet on my wrist. And he left a urine sample sitting on the counter. Once in my room the care was impeccable.
