I had no wait time. They were so kind and took care of me immediately. I had immediate relief from my pain after being looked at in the room and was very grateful for the staff and the close proximity to my home.
When I arrived at the ER I was taken back to a nice clean room immediately. I was welcomed with smiles by everyone I came into contact with. All were very professional. My Doctor (apologies for not remembering names) listened to my concerns, ordered appropriate tests, and explained the results ... no rushing ... giving me time to ask questions. She gave me a plan to wellness and sent me home to recover. Other ERs have taken up to 7+hours to do the same care. I'm so very pleased and thankful to have found HCA Florida Mandarin... read more
My experience was nothing but amazing from the time I signed in to getting into the back room from the nursing staff to the doctors. Everyone was friendly. The service was even better. No long wait time, they made sure you understood everything!
I was given excellent care. The nurses, Doctor and the other staff very friendly and empathetic. I feel that my needs were their first priority.
