If I could rate 10 stars I would. My husband went in with a kidney stone in excruciating pain (you know the kind you can’t shut up about?) the staff here were quick to get him taken care of. His medication makes it difficult to get care sometimes due to its nature- but the staff took EXCELLENT care of him. Not only did they give him the amount of pain meds he needed but they never looked at us like we were drug seeking. My experience was great from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. Everyone was very nice and caring about my reason for coming in. Great place to go for any emergency medical attention needed.

Walked out of this Medical facility in absolute tears because I was so touched by the level of care they gave us here. Lisa & Kelly are amazing nurses they listened so our concerns with their hearts and cared for us like we were their friends. Dr Anderson is the nicest, most gentle, patient and caring Dr i have dealt with in a very long time!! We didnt have answers to my daughter's emergency but we left knowing they put in every bit of effort and more to make her as comfortable as possible. I will choose this ER over any oth... read more

The cna or pct was amazing. He was very personable. The ambulance was supposed to take me to Baptist south because my pressure was 221/134 but they chose to drop me here. My dad didn’t find ne until 3 hours later. I didn’t have my phone. Asked could I use the phone to call my dad it never happened. I’ve come here before to bring my kids for other issues. I would never come here for a severe sickle cell crisis.
