From the consultation appointment, I knew I was in good hands. I felt confident in Dr. Crank, safe and grateful to be in his care. As well his staff is excellent in every way. I was referred from the VA after injuring a previous knee replacement. The entire staff was friendly, patient, and professional. Great overall outcome.
My grandma broke her arm on Memorial Day weekend and was quite shook up by it as she has never broken a bone before. She said that Dr. Crank was so genuine and kind, and made her feel at ease throughout the whole process. She also had to stay a few nights in HCA Largo and was very pleased and impressed by all the staff she encountered during her stay. Everyone made an unfortunate event as comfortable as possible.
