I was transferred to this location after my doctor left the practice at the Lake Mary location. When I set up my appointment I specifically requested a female doctor. The person who scheduled my appointment failed to tell me that the resident program they have here requires a patient to be seen twice every visit, once by the resident physician and once by the attending physician (making my appointment unnecessarily long). My wife has been trying to get her prescription sent in for 2 days that was supposed to be sent in after the appointment. They arent returning calls after leaving messages, they obviously dont care about their patients, and apparently they dont have any doctors on staff to take calls late in the work day. Never seen such a lack of care from a doctors office before. So now it will be 5 days since they wont have an opportunity to fill it till Monday.
