The doctor took the time to listen and answer my questions, and I truly felt heard. Dr. Groblewski was knowledgeable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and professional medical team!
The staff and providers at this location are amazing. I am always greeted with a happy face and never really have long wait times. The dr’s are really good and helpful.
I am a patient here and I love the staff and providers. My last provider misdiagnosed me. The providers know exactly what I need. They always get my medications in quickly and I never have to wait long and are very accurate. I will never go to another neurologist.
I am writing this review because I am genuinely concerned about an elderly patient I witnessed today. They clearly needed assistance completing their paperwork and were stumbling so severely that I honestly questioned how they were able to drive themselves here safely. I offered to help because they appeared confused and unable to complete the forms on their own. For example, they told me they have insurance but selected “No” on the paperwork. Unresponsive & unreliable. Dr Dicamillio is excellent, I would 100% recommend him, he is the only reason I am even giving them a single star, besides that the front office staff never answer your calls or even return back messages when you leave them. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times because they mishandled my pre authorization order for my medication, which they claimed to fix but didn’t.
