Renee was here at my home today from nurse on call.She and the company was excellent. Would recommend them highly.
Avoid this service. I spent 3 days trying to engage Nurse on call and received conflicting information on staffing availability. While making it clear I had need for urgent care, Sandy from Nurse on call did not return phone calls. I called each day and received conflicting information on the status of my request for help. Sandy denied taking responsibility. It is sad to have 3 days of waiting and working through the doctors and insurance company when there was no service available in the first place.
