Showed up at 11:30 with an emergency situation (2.5 year old had a peanut lodged in her nose), but when I walked in no one was at the desk and not a single employee available to speak with. After looking around for 3 minutes I rang a button on a door, and finally someone came walking in to say that I had to get in line at a kiosk that was being occupied by a single person. Not the worst, but when I asked if I could check in with the front desk, they persisted. Feeling like I’m living the movie “Idiocracy” in 2025.
I have to say this hospital and staff are amazing, Dr. Davidoff listened to my concerns and needs, and the RN Alexis was amazing and understanding. It is a blessing to have such amazing people serving our community.
