After waiting two hours in the waiting area, my 81 year old spouse was put in an exam room (he fell and had a potential hip and elbow fracture). We waited another hour while the guy with sore muscles received treatment before us. We left without being seen after waiting another hour. We will never be back. Worst experience and treatment of a senior citizen ever!!!! Plus there was blood drops on the floor of the exam room they put us in!!!! That was a biohazard!!!!

I definitely felt like I was mishandled at the hospital. I came in with extremely high blood pressure, And dizziness, I informed all the nurses that I came in contact with that I was not in any pain at All. I was told before I was discharged that after my labs came back, that medication would be administered to make my blood pressure go down, only thing I was given was morphine and appeal for nausea and was discharged not long afterwards the nurse did not even try to give me a wheelchair to escort me out of the building to g... read more

Doctors and staff are outstanding individuals but the services is not so good. When asking a question or for something it took a while to receive it your ER is underman for the amount of customers you support. I went in Monday night at 8:00 PM I didn't get a room until 01:30 AM Wednesday morning. The pharmacy keep sending the wrong type of medicaication since I was on no fluid and food orders. Never did receive my full medications while in the hospital. I provided a copy (Excel Spreadsheet) of my medication to the ER intake ... read more
