We brought my pregnant daughter here at 3.5 months with contractions. She received no medical attention for hours—we waited 4 hours in the waiting room, then another 5 hours in a room before an ultrasound was even performed. During that time, her contractions were never checked, she wasn’t given fluids, and the babies’ heartbeats were never monitored. We were not allowed to accompany her for the ultrasound. Happy with the people assisting me, i did sit around for a lot of time. Happy with the service I received.
I went to ER yesterday and all were so caring to me and I really appreciate them. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The nurses and doctor cared too. They gave me medication for pain while waiting for the doctor. My experience was definitely a 5 star rating., 😊 ❤️
