It’s always a pleasure to visit Emily, who is my provider here. She’s a lovely person and excellent practitioner. Everyone in the office is cordial and professional.
Great all around, I really enjoy my visits considering that I would otherwise dread them anywhere else. Staff is warm, friendly, gentle, knowledgeable and even a great sense of humor (for those "break the ice" moments). Sometimes, any procedures can be very stressful, for me, but I feel confident that I'm getting the best care possible and they do everything that they can to make me feel comfortable, even keeping pain in otherwise painful procedures down to a minimum. Exxellent service! See stlaff and doctor truly cares about their owtients and shows it through actions and words.
Overall a great experience from before my surgery to all of the follow ups and I have 2 more years to go. This office really listens to your concerns whether they are minor or major and addresses them.
Absolutely love this office. Everybody is so nice and friendly and it definitely has an atmosphere that makes you feel good and reassured. Dr Ripley is amazing and Ms Emily is the heart of the office <3
